A beautifully presented 4-bedroom period family house which features a fabulous media room (with bar), a double reception room with wooden floors and high ceilings, a bespoke fitted kitchen with dining area and a terraced garden. The property also benefits from a utility room (with washing machine and separate dryer), a Sonos system throughout, High-speed wifi and 4 smart TVs (sitting room/kitchen/media and bar room / Main bedroom).

The property is configured as follows:
Ground floor:
Large reception room with gas fireplace, wooden floors and a piano. TV (Smart TV Netflix etc).
Kitchen / Dining room:
With quartz worktop. Island unit with induction hob and extractor above. Oven below. Nespresso machine.
Main kitchen unit has dishwasher, large double fridge / freezer (with ice maker and filtered water).
Bi-fold doors open out to the terrace. NB Barbeque available upon request.
1st floor:
1 x super king (principal bedroom) with ensuite (bath and separate shower) and dressing room
1 x kids bedroom with double bunk bed (these beds are suitable for children up to 12 years old)
1 x kids bedroom with single bunk bed
On the first floor there is a family bathroom.
2nd floor:
Small shower room
NB There is a storage room which is locked on this floor and not for guest use.
From the hallway there are stairs down to:
Basement floor:
Study / Bedroom no 4 (NB this is a double sofa bed) with ensuite shower room.
Utility room:
Media room / bar. A huge room with TV, seating area, and bar (red and white wine cabinet and chillers).

Highlever Road runs north off Oxford Gardens. There’s an easy-going community feel to North Kensington. Within walking distance of both Golborne and Portobello Road, there’s an array of independent businesses on the doorstep. Shop for supplies at Golborne Deli & Wine Store, book lunch at Straker’s or enjoy pastries to go from Lisboa. Spend weekends browsing the neighbourhood’s renowned antique and vintage stalls.
