About this house rental
Beachfront paradise with stunning views, sunsets, and a private pool
Our newly built home features three levels of living space, with large wraparound windows and decks designed for enjoying stunning beachfront views and sunsets. We can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests.
The first level includes the main living area, dining room, and kitchen. You will find a 85-inch HDTV for entertainment, ample dining seating, and a fully equipped, chef-inspired kitchen. The living room opens directly onto a spacious deck that leads to your private beachfront pool. Pool heating is available during the cooler months of the year.
The second level features 3 spacious bedrooms, all with their private bathrooms.
The first bedroom is on the beachfront with a king bed, private bath, and private beachfront balcony.
The second bedroom has a king bed, private bath, and private beachfront balcony. The third bedroom is spacious, with a king bed, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a private bathroom.
Also on the second level is the laundry room.
The third level features breathtaking views with an elevation of 50 feet above sea level!
This level also features a beachfront bedroom with a king bed, private bath, and beachfront balcony.
The first bedroom is on the beachfront with a king bed, private bath, and private beachfront balcony.
The second bedroom is a primary suite with a king bed, private bath, and private beachfront balcony.
The third bedroom is spacious, with a king bed, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a private bathroom.
We are located on 40th St on the west side of Mexico Beach, directly on the beach. Our quiet and secluded spot is just two blocks from busy Highway 98, reducing traffic noise and providing a safer environment for families with young children.
All six bedrooms also feature large HDTVs in addition to the living room.
Our home is dog-friendly. Please also note that doggies are not allowed on the beach in Mexico Beach.
There is an elevator on the property reserved for owner and maintenance use only. All guest spaces are easily accessible by stairs.
The boat launch and marina are a couple of minutes away.
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
Our property is in a coastal area where seasonal weather may disrupt travel. We enforce the cancellation policy stated in your reservation and can’t provide refunds outside its terms for weather, travel delays, or personal emergencies.
We strongly recommend purchasing independent travel insurance when you book. Depending on the policy, coverage may include:
- Tropical storms and hurricanes
- Mandatory evacuations
- Flight cancellations or road closures
- Illness, medical emergencies, or family emergencies
Please review the travel insurance policy carefully to confirm what is covered, including weather-related disruptions and evacuation orders. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you’ve read and understand our cancellation policy. Any reimbursement for a disruption beyond that policy must be pursued through your travel insurer.

This home was absolutely perfect and fit all of our needs. It was spotless upon our arrival. The accommodations held all of us comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked, the location perfect and the pool was a lifesaver with two young boys to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

I had my two girls and husband and five grands. The house had enough room for all!! we had some appliance issues but they were addressed quickly. We loved being right on the beach. The pool was great too.teen

The house was beautiful and we loved the views. Natalie was very responsive and handled things in a timely manner. The only downside to our trip was the dredging of the beach which caused the water to turn black and created a horrible rotten egg smell. We were sad we missed out on the beautiful water of the area.

This place was awesome and so was the location. Everyone in our group had a tremendous time. It was very clean when. Natalie, the host, responded to all inquiries quickly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. The beach view was unmatched. The beach itself was beautiful and not crowded. We are already thinking of going back for a family gathering.
