The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, complete with essential cookware, a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. The dining table provides a lovely spot to gather and enjoy meals together.
While it’s a studio, the sleeping area is cleverly separated by a closet, creating a semi-private space for the comfortable queen bed—perfect for a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom has fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, offering everything you need to refresh and recharge. With its thoughtful design and inviting touches, this studio will make your stay delightful.
There is a private parking spot and the building's garage. You can access it via a lift, and the remote is inside the flat.

Close to parks and well-connected by public transport, Costa Cabral is an ideal base for exploring Porto’s highlights, including the Ribeira district, Clérigos Tower, and Port wine cellars, while enjoying a quieter atmosphere.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro stations, S. João and Nau Vitória, are just approximately 25 minutes walking distance.
Areosa Bus Stop: Bus Lines 5M, 701, 702, 703.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
