About this apartment rental
This is the central house at Barewake’s Place. It is a 48 sq.m. space, with a bedroom looking towards the seaside and including a double bed, and a living room – also with sea view – with a sofa that is composed of two single anatomic mattresses. The same space includes a spacious workstation attached to a sea view window. The house comes with full cooking facilities, a dish washer and a clothes washing machine. It has a private yard with sea view.
The space
The space was fully renovated by the early 2017 and it was upgraded to a contemporary Cycladic house. Prior to the renovation, the residence was also used to host the dearest of friends during spring and summertime.
That being said, we tried to maintain the same mentality throughout the building’s transformation. So now, the character remains the same: This apartment was made to feel like home.
Feel free to dine in the balcony, get creative in the fully equipped kitchen or spend the entire day on the beach - it’s right there!
The apartment is part of a quiet and friendly neighbourhood with lots of room for families with children or parties of friends. Furthermore, it is located in the middle of two bus stops at a 5-minute walk from each.
The surroundings primarily are: four beaches accessible on foot, while most of the cafes and restaurants are on the other side of the beach.
Guest access
Guests have access to all the spaces along with everything included in the apartment. Moreover, feel free to use the terrace.

For anything you might need, we are available either by phone, text, email and the AirBnB platform. Typically, we are glad to provide any insights on what to see, where to go, and recommend local cuisine, athletic activities and places of archaeological interest - in and out of water!
