About this house rental
Quiet location 15 minutes from the city center!
Rustic decor, cozy and pleasant lighting. We are located high in the Serra do Lajeado mountains, 2 km from the TO-010 highway. Throughout the day, enjoy plenty of sunshine, and in the late afternoon, admire the flocks of birds and Canindé macaws. During your stay, the space is for the exclusive use of guests. We have a large swimming pool with a waterfall and hydromassage. There is a barbecue area and two spaces for bonfires. The entire area is fenced for your safety. The house is quite spacious and airy; all the rooms are of considerable size. The accommodation includes clean bed linens, pillowcases, and blankets, as well as bath towels. (Beds and towels available for the number of guests indicated in the reservation) We do not allow parties or events of any kind! Access will be allowed to all rooms that are open; if any door is locked, it is because access is not permitted. Other observations: 30-minute tolerance for check-in and check-out; after this time, there is an additional charge of R$100 per hour. When using the pool, always take a shower and wear appropriate swimwear, and remember not to urinate in the pool. In situations where the guest breaks/damages objects, they will be responsible for the cost of the damage.
