Located on the beach in Capistrano, this upper unit is just a short walk from Dana Point Harbor and the San Clemente Beach Trail. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, it can be combined with the sand-level unit to accommodate up to 20 guests. Ideally situated 35 miles south of Disneyland and an hour north of San Diego, it’s accessible via Orange County Airport (20 minutes away). Enjoy San Clemente’s renowned `world’s best climate.` One-week minimum stay required in June, July, and August.
The upper two floors are available when this unit is rented there is a staircase on enters from the left side of the house to the second floor in. The third floor is accessed from inside the living room on the second floor third floor is a master suitewith an outside patio all with views of the ocean. This unit has a deck a living room a kitchen on the second floor that is fully equipped with plates and pots and pans. There is an inside washer dryer on the third floor
Guess access the entire unit and does not share the space with anyone else. The sand level is a separate unit with A separate living room deck and kitchen and may be rented separately. City of DP Permit: STR19-0968
The best time of the day to take walks is at low tide. There is no air conditioning in the house but the house is generally cool at night in the ceiling fans are in all of the bedrooms. Guess should bring extra toilet paper and paper towels dishwashing pods and laundry pods and beach towels .
Please take the trash to the cans and take the sheets off the beds upon departure.
