• Approved early check-in is $15 per hour; approved late check-out is $20 per hour. Requests are subject to housekeeping availability.
• Unauthorized late check-out may result in a $50 fee.
• Stays longer than 21 days incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
• Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
• A starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided; guests should plan to replenish supplies during longer stays.

We enjoyed having the entire house to ourselves, with no noise from other units. The kitchen was very good. It was nice to be able to park our car in the rear instead of on the street. My only recommendation would be to add a dresser or chest of drawers to the bedrooms, or at least a luggage rack to put a suitcase on. Overall, it was quite good and I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, centrally located property for popular St. Louis sights. Cute and updated, very clean. We had a few functionality issues and while host was very responsive, problems weren't resolved in a timely manner (it took 2 days to get the right wifi password and a stuck open window vent in the bathroom was never fixed). Property was also not ready at check in because cleaning crew was still there. Would recommend the house but just be aware you may encounter some hiccups.

The house is kept up so well and very nice. I loved the neighborhood, it is beautiful, central and very quiet. I walked to and from nearby restaurants and a coffee shop a couple of times. Host was great and quick to communicate when I had extra questions. The back porch was very lovely. Would definitely stay there again.
