    Been visiting the resort for past 10 years frequently. Been maintaining the standard throught out. Good choice if like enjoying river and swimming pool and good walk around the park. Lot of nearby tourist attractions

    Had a very pathetic and disgusting experience with SBM Travels while travelling from Hyderabad to Aluva on September 11. The bus bathroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic. It was so bad that entering the bathroom itself made me feel like vomiting. This is completely unacceptable, especially on a long-distance journey. The staff behaviour was also very disappointing, particularly the two drivers. They were extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful towards passengers. Another major issue was the break timing. The bus stopped for only around 20 minutes for food and toilet breaks. However, at those stops, the toilet queues themselves often took more than 20 minutes. Passengers cannot be expected to finish everything within such a short time when basic facilities are already overcrowded. Overall, this was one of the worst travel experiences I have had. Poor hygiene, unacceptable bathroom conditions, unprofessional staff, and badly managed breaks made the entire journey extremely uncomfortable. SBM Travels seriously needs to improve cleanliness, passenger facilities, staff behaviour, and break management. Long-distance passengers deserve at least basic hygiene, respectful treatment, and sufficient time for essential breaks.
