Outside, a stunning free-form private pool stretches across the center of the garden, surrounded by lounge chairs and a shaded area with a large pergola—perfect for relaxing during the day. Surrounding the pool, the well-manicured lawn and various play areas—including a soccer zone, darts, and foosball—offer entertainment for children and adults alike. The garden, which is vast and completely enclosed, guarantees total tranquility.

Reasonable electricity usage is 14 kW/day. Any usage exceeding 14 kW/day is charged at 0.29€/kWh. For stays longer than 27 days, the full cost of electricity will be added.
Damage deposit: 350€. Refundable at the end of your stay. For guests under 25, the damage deposit may vary without prior notice!
Use of the car is free but subject to a refundable damage deposit. Ask about the terms and conditions.
Smoking is permitted outdoors.
Please respect the neighbors’ peace and quiet (no noise at night).
Please take care of the house and furniture and keep them in good condition, as if they were your own.
Please do not eat or drink in bed. Keep the kitchen in acceptable condition. Excessive dirt may result in an extra cleaning fee.
