About this apartment rental
Enjoy the tranquil surroundings of Skaha Lake just meters from your door step. This 2bd +1bth (one with queen and one with 2 twins or can push together to make a king) suite has been thoughtfully crafted with superior finishes and unparalleled lake views, this is a perfect place to stay and relax. Direct access to the lake off of the dock.

Bring your boat! Can anchor it to the floating buoy.
The Nest Beach house is brand new finished Please make note of the following items regarding the site :
- It is quite a busy road at times, so backing in to the parking space is recommended
- This is a lower/ground floor suite and access is by stairs only.
- I live upstairs on the top 3 floors
The dock is shared with the neighbor and me. I live on the property so you will see me during your stay using my dock and boat. You may use the dock to access your boat if you bring one but the boat must be anchored to the floating buoy, not tied to the dock itself.
Guests must let me know in advance of planning to bring a boat
I am the owner and also live on the property. I am around most evenings if you should need assistance.
World renowned Skaha beach is just a few minutes walk away. A boat launch located there as well as concession and restaurant. Dozens of wineries are within driving distance.
Room for 2 cars to park in tandem in driveway
Dock is shared with neighbor so can only use the left side
Anchor off buoy - not the dock
Absolutely no marijuana smoking is permitted
No loud parties - quiet time is 10pm

Garbage day is Tuesday, if your visit includes a Tuesday bring your garbage to the bins at the driveway level before 8am
City of Penticton does not take can and bottle recycling so must be taken with you
