About this villa rental
Adjacent to the ancient city walls of the historic centre of Fasano. With the urban expansion of the city after 1880, the building underwent significant structural changes. The rooms facing the main façade date back to this period, showing an architectural style typical of the period.
Visiting the historic centre with its narrow streets, white stone buildings and historic churches is a must. The flat is excellent for both families and couples. Its location is strategic and allows easy access to: the Archaeological Park of Egnazia, the ZooSafari of Fasano, one of the largest wildlife parks in Italy, a few kilometres from Fasano, visit Alberobello, Ostuni, Polignano a Mare and the seaside resorts near Fasano, famous for their sandy beaches and bathing establishments.

It is compulsory to give 30 minutes' notice of arrival, as there is no fixed person on site.
When booking, it is also mandatory to provide the customer's contact details, to facilitate the organisation of check in for our staff.

The building is on the first floor and is only accessible by stairs. It consists of an entrance hall, a fully equipped bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa and a large dining room with TV, and two double bedrooms.
The following might be to be paid extra: Babycot, Bed Linen and Towels (additional set), Breakfast, Late Arrival, Pets, Refundable Security Deposit, Tourist tax.
