DOMA by HSuites Hotel & Apartment

I chose this place because I have to an annual conference at Furama Resort, which was opposite the hotel. Everyday, housekeeping came to change the bedsheets, blankets and towels. Excellent. Only thing was the night shift uncle who was clueless. Overall, nice place.

I stayed here with my friend as it is opposite to the venue for the Annual conference. Room was comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday and we were impressed. Hope to stay again.

We felt very comfortable during our one-week stay. We received a warm welcome and had daily interactions with the lovely staff. There was regular maintenance and cleaning of our room and all hotel facilities. The pool and gym are in great condition and very clean too! 😊🫶🏻 Just a 5-minute walk and you’re at the beach! 🌊 We loved the location. Room is very comfortable- kitchen + equipment + washing machine is absolute handy bonus💯. The balcony is lovely. We really enjoyed it.

I expected better from photos and for price but was disappointed on several occasions. Too many things were wrong or went wrong w room so not a relaxing stay. Room and its contents in need of maintenance(laundry machine drain problems , aircon smelt from hot sun, TV limited) and street noise invasive. Some drain from upstairs discharged on to my deck every day and for price paid that was poor value. Staff initially were prioritising others but they were always friendly, polite and very good service and competence-wise by my 3rd day of a week stay. Apartment was spacious, airy and kitchen had all the basics. They offered other rooms but none had kitchen and promptly repaired all these issues. I Liked quieter location, but not that much nearby, beach across road just stunning (as in fabulous) and pool area is very neat.
