Vila Marachique has extensive gardens and lawns surrounding the lake-size pool, a snack bar, a large children's pool and a small play area located away from the quiet poolside. Gated entry to pool area.
This air-conditioned 1-bedroom apartment comes with a modern open-plan, well-equipped kitchen (oven and full hob); and dining area, and a lounge seating area. Includes flat-screen TV with UK and PT channels and free Wifi.
Large patio doors lead from the living room and bedroom to the balcony – ideal for outdoor dining and sun bathing.
There is a full bathroom with shower over bath.
Vila Marachique offers quiet relaxation by the large pool or on the balcony with sea view, with easy access to long beaches, pretty coves and the nature areas with dunes, lagoon and river estuary. Nearest restaurants -0.2kms. Small supermarket and a bakery -5mins walk. Easy walk or drive into Alvor center for restaurants, bars and shops.
Please be aware that both pools will closed from 7th of October 2019 for refurbishment until spring 2020.
We also wish to inform that The Lagoa Municipal Tourist Tax has come into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024.
The tax applies to guests staying at hotels, resorts, tourist apartments, rural tourism developments, campsites and local lodging (AL) establishments, including hostels. The charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. up to 60 days straight at the beginning of each academic year, guests staying in Lagoa for medical treatment (including one other person), and guests who have been offered accommodation by a tourist or AL establishment.
Please note that an extra payment for the tourism tax will be added to your reservation after booking the property.
