At Skovgårde you will find Enkesædet Bollegårds, which was originally built in 1920 and renovated in 1978. The first and second floors of the house are available for rent and feature wonderfully authentic furnishings and décor, with five bedrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The house can accommodate up to 11 people and has private parking and a common area shared with the residents on the ground floor. There are three rooms with double beds, an attic room on the second floor with a single bed, and a sleeping/living room on the second floor with space for four people in two single beds and one double bed. The rooms have desks and closet space for unpacking. On the first floor, there is a lovely dining room and living room with a balcony overlooking the garden and fields, perfect for family gatherings and quality time.Kitchen for cooking and dining area and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. On the second floor, in addition to the large bedroom/living room, there is also a landing with a sofa arrangement and TV, as well as another balcony overlooking the garden and fields. There is free WiFi and TV with Chromecast; the TV is located on the second floor.Plenty of space for both socializing and privacy if desired in the over 200m2 area. Smoking is not allowed in the common areas. The house is located in the countryside in beautiful natural surroundings, not far from the nearest beach and within driving distance of various attractions and shopping opportunities in the local area. The nearby shooting range may occasionally be audible. The shooting range is always closed in July. Not available for rent to youth or trades groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
