About this house rental
Tastefully decorated vacation home with hot tub and panoramic views of the Limfjord. Located in Ørding Ferieby. There are views of the Limfjord from all rooms. The vacation home is well-maintained and modernized and located on a large natural plot. There is a bathroom with a spa bath, shower, and underfloor heating, as well as a combined washer/dryer. There are two living rooms, one of which has access to a balcony with fantastic views of the Limfjord. There is an amplifier system in both living rooms for music lovers. The holiday home is very energy efficient with solar cells. There are energy-efficient heat pumps both upstairs and downstairs, and the house has a total of three TVs – one in each living room and one in the master bedroom. A sofa bed/pull-out bed is located on the first floor. There are nice wooden terraces, partially covered, around the cottage with sun most of the day and good opportunities to find shelter. The cottage is located in a quiet cottage area close to a beach with a bathing jetty. Close by is Sillerslev harbor, which is really worth a visit. Here you will find a harbor environment, a café that is open in the summer, and one of the best beaches on Mors. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
