Modernized two-story vacation apartment located in Bork Havn. The living space is well utilized. On the ground floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen open to the TV room, which also has a dining area, as well as a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed and TV. Upstairs on the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Outside on the fenced terrace, you can enjoy nature and sunbathe while the children have fun in the communal playground. In this apartment, you are close to the fjord, the sea, and surrounded by beautiful coastal scenery. Here you have the opportunity to switch off from everyday life and simply relax. In the evenings, you can relax with movies, books, and board games, or sit on the terrace with a glass of wine. If you want to watch TV, there are two in the house. The vacation area is well equipped for families, as you have free access to a shared water park with sauna and steam bath on site. You can also use the activity room with various games and the large outdoor playground, where your children can make new friends. In the municipality of Varde, you have access to swimming and games, as well as one hour of free bowling per day. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
