On the first floor, there is a large living area with an open kitchen and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. It also includes: a half-bath, a large living room, a game room with books and a foosball table, and a double bedroom with two 90/200 beds (which can be pushed together upon request) with a private bathroom and half-bath. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, and five bedrooms as follows: - A double bedroom with a private bathroom and toilet - A triple bedroom - A double bedroom - A double bedroom with an open-concept bathroom and a separate private toilet - A quadruple room with one 160/200 double bed, a bunk bed with two 90/190 single beds, and a private bathroom. For your comfort, sheets (beds made) and towels are included. A mandatory cleaning fee of 200€ applies. Electric vehicle charging costs 30€ for 2 nights (contact the owner). Utilities are charged separately based on usage (8 kWh per day are included in the rental). Heating is provided by a wood-chip boiler. On the first floor, there is a wellness area with an infrared and steam sauna for 6 people (€20 per day). Chromotherapy, aromatherapy, and music therapy are available.
