Good spot, friendly owner downstairs pottering about. Comfortable apartment.

There was some stress involved prior to our arrival as the rental manager (as distinct from the owner) requested extra payment for linen for a sofa bed, despite the fact we had already paid extra for a third person. Booking.com stated in our confirmation email we should not agree to any extra payments, which made us anxious that there was some sort of scam. There wasn’t - the property was genuine - but the manager’s replies were stereotyped/ not conversational, and didn’t actually address our concerns. In addition, we had to pay in full on booking with no option for refund. We approached this booking on our holiday with a little anxiety as a result, and ended up bringing our own bedding ( a bit of a hassle) as we didn’t want to disregard booking.coms warning. Fortunately it all worked out well and Mark - the owner- was lovely and onsite a lot. Can I suggest that the manager consider 1. Include bedding in the cost of 3 person booking - who books for 3 then needs bedding for just two?? 2. Make communications a little more personal so they sound like they’re actually a real person, specifically addressing any concerns, not a copy and paste.

The space was well appointed

The stairs to carry a suitcase up which in ad doesn’t state stairs to unit which would have been helpful for person with mobility issues Work happening while staying so woken by trademan which made for a not very relaxing stay as i was woken by them

Well appointed, comfortable and lovely decor. A great location with easy access and plenty of restaurants, bars and facilities nearby

The entrance to the property is a bit dingy and foreboding but once you are in the apartment it's great

Location was good to get everywhere in Sydney.

It was all good.
