Quiet and clean. Rooms mostly large and airy. Friendly neighbors. Off street parking. Very quiet residential neighborhood.

No instructions from the host about where to find the key (in the door). Double bed very worn out with a noticeable rut. Difficult to get to the middle of the bed. 1 plug in my room - by the door. Fortunately I carry a long extension cord so I could plug in my CPAP machine. One of my traveling companions said the pillows on his bed were very uncomfortable. The shower/tub has a sloping ceiling with an overhead window - as long as I was standing directly under the window I could stand erect. The enclosure for the shower leaked a lot of water on to the floor.
