Appartamento spazioso e di ampie dimensioni, casa pulita e in un contesto veramente grazioso
Peccato che non sia curato benissimo, alcune ante dei mobili sono storte, i bordi delle porte non sono rifiniti.. anche perché ha del potenziale altissimo, ci vorrebbe solo un pò più di cura nei dettagli

The apartment has a good potential, with a little bit of attention it could be a very nice place for a short stay. There is coffee, tea and snack available in the kitchen. The garage is a plus (in case you are able to get in).
Difficult communication: I guess the apartment is handled by an agency, and although they were responsive, every time the operator was unaware of what I have already discussed with their colleague.
Incorrect billing: they tried to charge me 10€ of tax per night for 2 adults. I have never paid this much in Italy. When I asked about it, they said it was an IT error and they will get back to me with the correct amount. They never did.
Again insufficient communication: I didn't get the check-in information in time. I was waiting in front of the apartment at 17 and I still had no info. The garage keys were not available, and although they promised me to send them to me, they never did.
Messiness: on top of that, the apartment was dirty, there were footsteps and hair on the floor and the bathroom was worn out and really unhygenic. The textiles were clean but they had holes on them. The garden is not well maintained.
