Great flat. Everything is nearly new and very clean.

Until three hours before our arrival, we had no idea how to get the keys to the apartment. Since we were arriving late (around 8 PM) and the office where we were supposed to collect the keys closes at 5 PM, I asked immediately after booking (two months in advance) how we should proceed in that case. I was told to send a message on the day of arrival. I did so in the morning, but received no reply. I also tried calling three times without success and first someone answered around 4pm. Eventually, around 6 PM—after another call—I finally received the details for the key pickup, and everything worked out fine. I assume the staff was just very busy, but it was still stressful to be on the road and unsure about how and where to get the keys.
