Big Size of the appartment (assumed 70-80m²!), Daylight and very well equiped with all kitchen and Bath: Tumbler, Washing machine, Refrigriator, Toaster, Oven, Hot/Cold water, Coffee machine, King-Size Bed, - Even a Bath Tube!
Quick reaction by appartment owner when a power-outage occured suddenly, with prompt service by instructed utilities service-technicians.
The INVOICE Process was a problem, while only getting a Screenshot as PDF on request after payment by a Smartphone, (No full sheet) - which may causing problems when traveling as a business guest for TAX Reasons - as I was doing.
I'll need to come back to BOOKING com for a (hopefully) fullong one.
Initially the Door Lock KEY Code in the given instruction was wrong (outdated). Needed some phone communication by arrival

Self kitchen, large living room and spacious bathroom. Manual ac for the bed room but that's good enough.
Bed. Bed. Bed. I really hope the owner listens to the reviews and change the spring bed into a comfort bed. Daily parking fee $13 which you need to renew every 24 hrs was a little discomfort, although not owner issue.
Trust me. Have a pleasant sleep at the end of the day is way more important when you are out travelling and exploring the new city.
