Good place in Koszalin

Good and comfortable place to stay in the city centre of Koszalin. Cozy loft with all you might need for one night or few days.

It was just a little bit too hot, but it was middle of summer so nobody's fault. Same with 4th floor and no elevator. Just a notice, not a complaint :)

Beste zentrale Lage! Eine geräumige stilvolle Dachwohnung mit vielen modernen Ölgemälden, Holzboden, Kombination aus modernem Design und Antikmöbeln, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Es fehlt ein Kleiderschrank oder Kommode, um beim längeren Aufenthalt die Kleidung aufzuhängen oder zu verstauen! Es gibt einen Kleiderständer im Wohnraum aber keinen einzigen Hängebügel. Ein wenig mehr differenzierte Küchenutensilien wären hilfreich, falls man selber kochen möchte. Daher besser geeignet für Singles oder Paare als für größere Gruppen oder Familie.

Jedna noc w Koszalinie

Lokalizacja, dostępność parkingu. Dobre na jedna noc, na szybki nocleg jeśli jesteś tolerancyjny na niedociągnięcia. W kuchni można ugotować, jest mała jadalnia dla 4 os. Taras jest dobrą opcja dla palących.

Najwieksze zastrzeżenia mam co do czystości. Najgorzej było w łazience, wyglądała jakby ktoś na szybko ją lekko przetarł i do tego z podlogi wychodzą mrówki. W mieszkaniu jest specyficzny zapach, ktoś tam kiedy palił i to niestety czuć. No i wszędzie pelno kurzu na meblach. Zastanawiam się jakim cudem to mieszkanie ma w opiniach 9 i 10. Znalazłam tylko jedna opinie na 5, która oddaje prawdę. Przez okna dachowe prawie nic nie widać, a widok z drugiego pokoju jest na zaniedbany taras. Rezerwując coś z tak wysoka ocena spodziewałam się zupełnie czegoś innego.

Lokalizacja ok, ale mieszkanie brudne i zaniedbane, zdecydowanie wymagające remontu.

Blisko centrum, łatwy dojazd, miły gospodarz.

Mieszkanie brudne, bardzo ciepło, a nie da się przewietrzyć, bo okna dachowe zaklinowany, wszędzie unosi się zapach zgnilizny, odpływ pod prysznicem zapchany, początki grzybu na dole w łazience, nie było nawet gąbki do naczyń, naczynia brudne, lodówka wewnątrz również.
