Blisko centrum, łatwy dojazd, miły gospodarz.

Mieszkanie brudne, bardzo ciepło, a nie da się przewietrzyć, bo okna dachowe zaklinowany, wszędzie unosi się zapach zgnilizny, odpływ pod prysznicem zapchany, początki grzybu na dole w łazience, nie było nawet gąbki do naczyń, naczynia brudne, lodówka wewnątrz również.
