The fully stocked kitchen and a dining setup for four mean you can cook in as easily as you can head out, and the private balcony is where most mornings (and a few sunsets) tend to land — coffee in hand, Gulf views ahead, the sand a short walk down the boardwalk. Bubbly Blew sits inside Island Retreat, a 25-acre beachfront complex shaded by palm trees with its own boardwalk leading right to the water. Guests have access to a generous spread of amenities, including two pools, tennis and pickleball courts, wide-open lawns, charcoal grills, picnic areas, and a fish-cleaning station for the day's catch. On-site security keeps watch during the busy summer months and holiday events, so you can ease into the rhythm of island time. The location is hard to beat. Set just off 11th Street inside the golf cart zone, you're a quick hop from Port Aransas restaurants, shops, and all the laid-back island activities the town is known for — think slices and live music at The Gaff, burgers at Lelo's, or a swing-side bite at BierHaus. Renting a golf cart is the local way to get around; Coastal Ed's is a popular option, and booking early is the surest way to lock in availability. Service Animals, as defined by law, are permitted. If you plan to bring a Service Animal, please notify us in advance so we can inform the HOA. Important Note: If it is determined that the animal is not a certified Service Animal, eviction may occur. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. - Be sure to inquire about discounted Winter Texan/Snowbird rates and long-term stay discounts! - Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. - Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island. - Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks. - Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit. - Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking. - Washers and Dryers coin laundry are in the complex and available for guest use. - Guests must be 25 years or older to book this home. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult. Per HOA rules, any group without someone 25 years or older present is subject to eviction. - Please note: During periods when city water restrictions are in place, rinse stations may not be available for guest use. Parking Details: - Parking passes required. 2 parking passes provided per condo. - There is no assigned parking, so you can park anywhere within the complex. - Boat parking is allowed in designated areas. - Golf cart parking is allowed in designated area (you must purchase a separate pass). --- The room configuration is as follows: Living Room / 2 queen beds and a pull-out sleeper sofa. --- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
