Take a few steps down, and the second level opens up to a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, a delightful breakfast nook, a charming living room, and a dining room. You’ll also find a second suite with another king bed, as well as convenient laundry facilities, a half bath, and terrace access. Another flight of stairs down is a third full bathroom, and two more bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with two sets of bunks – twin over full and twin over twin). The lower level leads you right out to the inviting patio and backyard. But the fun doesn't stop there! Head to the lower level, where another family gathering space awaits, complete with a 65" 3D-capable smart TV, a popcorn machine (movie night, anyone?), a PlayStation for some gaming excitement, darts, a pool table, chess, and an array of board games and puzzles. And for fitness buffs, we've got you covered with a well-appointed gym. But wait, there's more – step outside and revel in the cozy ambiance of the fire table on the terrace, or gather around the patio fire pit with your loved ones and stream a movie on the large outdoor TV. There’s even an EV charger on-site. You’ll be just a short 5-minute drive to the boat launch, grocery stores, golfing, wineries, and breweries. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance. - Please note: The pellet smoker is not working at this time. A propane grill is provided for guests to use. - Please note that the fireplaces are not currently operational. Parking Details: Ample parking in the driveway. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed Bedroom 2 / King bed Bedroom 3 / Queen bed Bedroom 4 / twin-over-full bunk bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
