The location great
Facilities dated. Outdoor table needs replacing. Broken step needs fixing. Showers old. Toilet seat needs replacing. Clothes dryer needed.

Location was superb. Steps out front down to the estuary and swimming was good. Plenty of action to watch with many people walking past. Comfortable and had most things you need but not upmarket at all. Hard to gauge value for money as we've not rented there before.
Furniture is fine and comfortable but could be set up differently for a group.of six. Bedside lamps needed in other bedrooms beside main bedroom. A good outdoor table would be a good addition.
