The property was good value. It has a full kitchen which we used for breakfasts before heading out to explore. The bedrooms have lots of storage space and there was a modern 4K TV in the living room that worked well for streaming. Point Pleasant was nearby and easily accessible on foot.
There is a bit of a stagnant smell (it is a basement apartment. There is a big dehumidifier, but it is quite loud.

We met our very friendly host on arrival. Our hosts kindly picked up groceries for us as it was raining a lot and we did not have a car. The location is excellent. A quiet spot but close to everything.
