We like the private space to ourselves. There's a kichenette that comes with everything for cooking and utensils. There is a washing machine and no dryer but you can hang your clothes on the upper level balcony. Good space for couple, probably not for old people or young kids/family.
Toilet downstairs only. Kitchen and toilet / bath abit cramp. Don't like the checkin system as it took us quite awhile to finally get it done (around 30mins). Don't like that it is difficult to contact the staff in the night as we were locked out of our room (due to faulty door lock). We spent more than 30mins just to try calling, texting, emailing to ask for help but no one answer or reply at all. It was stressful when there was no way to contact someone "live". It was 9pm when we came back and we were locked out. Finally someone appear after 45mins and open the door and said the lock is spoilt. It'll be good if there's a way to contact via WhatsApp to a "live" person and not to the system.
