Convenient location to the waterfront and downtown Charlottetown! Very clean unit and everything we needed for our two night stay! Owners were excellent!

We liked the unit. Living area just a little small .. and maybe needs an upgraded sofa.

The location was excellent. Easy walk to local attractions and a short drive to my sister’s home. The apartment was very clean and having laundry right onsite was very welcome especially when travelling with a baby. Easy check in and out. The landlord was readily available when needed. We will definitely be back!!!

A little warning about the steep back stairs would have been nice, especially when having to carry a baby up those steep icy stairs. The single parking space was rather inconveniently the landlord supplied us with a spot nearby. The hot water supply was very low with a long wait time between showers which made getting ready for family events rather frustrating. There was no note saying if the tap water was drinkable. The couch and queen bed were uncomfortable. These aren’t actual complaints just thoughts for providing better service. (Except for the hot water, that was very bothersome)
