Parking was included. The hosts provided pool/beach towels and beach chairs.
Well used property could use some upgrades to furniture or removing stains from tables and couch. Include the name of the property as Executive...it's a crowded area of town and it made looking for parking entrance difficult.

The property is centrally located in Honolulu. Seemed like it was 20 minutes to anywhere we wanted to go. Having free garage parking downtown was a plus. The unit was clean and well appointed, including gear for a day at the beach. It was nice having a small convenience store, a Korean 7-11 and a French pastry shop just steps away. The property manager was quick to respond to the couple of inquiries we made.
It’s a bit of a hassle to get checked in. You need to use two elevators to get from the car to the unit. The den/bedroom would be good for young kids, but it’s problematic having adults sleeping in there since the Murphy bed blocks entry into the main part of the apartment. The sectional sofa is oddly uncomfortable. The ceiling vent fan in the lone bathroom doesn’t work, so it gets very steamy in there after a couple of showers. While the cost may be considered ok for downtown Honolulu, I wouldn’t consider it a great value in a global sense.

Very cute! Great location! Comfy bed in the bedroom. Thought it was a great value.
Hard to pass through with Murphy bed down so consider having someone stay there who wakes up early like the runners in the group.
