The kitchenette came with everything I could need! The architecture is very innovative, and each room having its own full bathroom and full back yard is quite elegant. The compound seems quite safe and quiet with high walls and electric fence, and the individual rooms have thick superadobe walls and solid metal doors. Neighborhood seems safe; a nearby ranch seems to have their own shooting range. Grateful for access to the laundry machine. It's also right on the bus route, and just one hour's walk to the water front/ half hour to a big Soriana grocery store. Internet worked great. The Oxxo at the gas station has basic food items, and the other hotel next to them gives a second 24-hour neighborhood presence, in case of emergency. Very grateful for the exceptional price. The cleaner does a very thorough job and deserves a good tip!

First, each room NEEDS a mosquito net. I only had a 2-inch spider walking on me in the night once during my week, but other guests report worse. Bug spray as provided are helpful, but toxic; a fly swatter would be good too. Second, in hot season the rooms become pizza ovens, rather than "igloos" - recommend maybe a skylight curtain, maybe a second fan/ vent fan, maybe an aircon. Third, security wise: the location hidden below the gas station can feel a bit isolating; and the evening gunshot sounds were a bit unnerving until I spotted the nearby shooting range on Google Maps. Would be nice if guests' cars could park inside the security perimeter.

Que su llegada es completamente autónoma, que es muy cómoda la cama y muy funcional el espacio.

Un poco la falta de servicios al rededor y espacio para guardar autos. Pero la verdad es que es una excelente opción de descanso

This hotel is very unique , quite and calm, have a private backyard behind the room
