La ubicación fundamentalmente. El apartamento funcional y correcto.
Tiene lo mínimo indispensable. Solo para estancias cortas. Aparcamiento muy complicado al estar en el caso antiguo. Sabiéndolo se lleva perfectamente. Con la ventana a pie de calle lo que lo hace más ruidoso y menos íntimo.
