Ground Floor Apartment For 2

Lovely & clean, very well equipped. Neighbours are friendly. You do need a car if you plan on going to the supermarket (Lysiotis) as too far to walk to & also the beach is too far to walk to. We didn't see the owner during our stay which is unfortunate but he provided his phone number if we needed anything & he was very easy to contact. It's a lovely, spacious & airy apartment. The area it's located is a bit out of the way & we'd advise car hire if you plan on exploring the area. We would return

Fly screens not in all windows & the fly screen at the kitchen window was ripped so we couldn't open that window because flies or mosquitoes would come in. Also, due to the apartment being in a residential block, the pool was taken over by some residents & their families/children on the weekend. We understand that their children will use the pool & this wasn't a problem but its something that needs to be pointed out to others. During the daytime it was lovely to just sit on the terrace. I'd say that info needs to be provided on what days the bins are collected including the recycling.

Met by the owner right on time, very pleasant man who showed me around and explained all the features. Apartment was very clean and ready to go, all nice and modern and everything worked. Shower great. Great location for me because I wanted to be close to Epi. Free parking right outside the door. Wifi worked well. The apartment is very well equipped, all electric devices like washing machine and dishwasher. Nice space outside to sit, but not very private. Price was very competitive, for the features and the quality I think it's good value.

I think the name is misleading, this is an apartment in a residential block, it's not an oasis and there's nothing Bohemian about it. For me, the bed is very soft and I didn't really sleep well, but it's better than the traditional very hard Cyprus beds that I've encountered pretty much everywhere else. The hot tub is positioned next to the communal parking area so it's not what I'd call private. The pool is unheated (fair enough), is shared and is completely overlooked by other properties so I'm not sure what "private pool" means in this context. The people upstairs like to move their furniture about, classic problem of heavy wood on tiled floors. There are no restaurants or bars within walking distance, you'll need a car. I hadn't fully understood that I needed to pay more to use the hot tub, I see that the description has been changed now - I think it's reasonable to have the choice but it wasn't clear to me at the time of booking - however the owner was very kind and generous about it and set it up for me anyway, sadly at the time of my visit some of the controls weren't working but the owner is expecting this to be resolved soon.
