Villa Gabrielle

The all enclosed living and downstairs area was great especially with having young children. We knew they were safe indoors especially with the swimming pool. The location was walking distance to most restaurants and beach which was ideal. It was great to have someone clean every second day however when she was sick we didn’t have anyone for 4 days.

We contacted the property several times before our stay to ask about the Shi Shi nightclub and the large hotel construction behind the villa, as we were concerned about potential noise. We were assured that the nightclub only operated occasionally for special events and that noise would not be an issue. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. During our entire 22-night stay, loud music from the nightclub could be heard every night from approximately 10:00 pm until 5:00 am. In addition, the construction site produced loud banging and building noise every second or third day. When we arrived, the floors were very dirty. We ended up mopping them ourselves, as it appeared the villa had been unoccupied for some time and there was a noticeable build-up of dust and dirt. We also experienced several maintenance and supply issues that were very slow to be resolved. We only saw the property manager on the day we checked in and again when we departed. During our stay: * We ran out of gas for cooking. We reported it immediately and followed up daily, but it took four days for the gas bottle to be replaced. * We ran out of drinking water on three occasions, and there were no spare large water bottles provided, so we had to purchase our own. * We also ran out of toilet paper during our stay. * The Wi-Fi was unavailable for the final four days of our stay. We understand there was scheduled maintenance that was expected to last 24 hours, but the outage continued well beyond that. Overall, while the villa itself had potential, the inaccurate information provided before our arrival, the ongoing noise, cleanliness issues, and slow response to maintenance requests significantly impacted what should have been an enjoyable 22-night stay.

Location to seminyak is amazing, villa was very nice, clean and plenty of space

It’s very close to Shi Shi nightclub which you can hear of a night.

Everything was very good highly recommended, great location very helpful staff and very clean
