The location & the staff were great, especially the hotel manager, who couldn’t do enough for us.
There was no natural light as another building had been built inches away. Also both beds were not equal in comfort because only one was permanent. This wasn’t clear in the booking. There was no mention of contact with the hotel before arrival & it appeared that this was necessary or our booking could be cancelled.

The manager called me shortly after my booking to confirm my arrival time as it was a short notice booking, I was able to check in early and was shown 2 different rooms and allowed to choose! He was very kind and accommodating. The room was spotless and good food in the restaurant too. WiFi was fast and worked perfectly. Would happily stay again. Thankyou to all the staff who accommodated me so warmly
