Beautiful property with most of the mod cons. Very comfortable and roomy and amazing views of Guilderton and the river.
We booked in the middle of winter and despite there being gas outlets in the house there was absolutely no heating. I would expect a property asking such prices would at least have a plug in heater available. We did have an issue with a smoke alarm malfunction on the second night but besides that it was lovely.
