El piso está muy nuevo, limpio y perfectamente acondicionado. Las camas son muy cómodas y que tenga dos baños es todo un acierto.
La dueña, Celia, muy atenta y encantadora.

This apartment was perfect. It is very clean, comfortable and modern. It is in a central location, close to the old town and great restaurants yet in a very quiet street. The apartment couldn't have been better equipped, it had everything we needed. Celia was extremely helpful and met us in person. She provided us with plenty of information and recommendations.
Unfortunately our friend's car was too big for the adjacent parking space but Celia provided us with a secure, underground parking space about 15mins away. This was perfect for us as we didn't need the car during our stay. We were aware that a neighbour has a couple of dogs but they were very quiet in the evenings and during the night. We didn't hear them at all.
Everything was excellent.

El apartamento es genial, extralimpio y supercómodo. Para mi y mi familia el descanso es muy importante y las camas y almohadas no podrían ser mejores. El sofa también muy cómodo. Teniamos de todo al llegar, leche, frutas, galletas para el desayuno. Totalmente equipado en la cocina por si necesitabas comer en casa en algún momento. Otro punto es la ubicación...no se tarda ni 5 min a plaza de las Tendillas y por lo tanto se puede ir andando hasta los puntos más icónicos de la ciudad. Lo más lejos que fuimos fue a la feria y fueron 25 min andando por una ciudad encantadora y llena de historia. Y por último y no menos importante, la anfitriona, Celia, cercana, amable y con una alegría contagiosa!, nos recomendó sitios, restaurantes y cosas que hacer en la ciudad. Gracias Celia! hemos vuelto a casa encantados y enamorados de Córdoba! Volveremos!

Great location within easy walking distance of all places of interest and amenities. Modern clean apartment with fantastic communication from the lovely, friendly responsive Celia.
It was perfect for us. There were no negatives.
