Responsive host on WhatsApp/phone calls. Easy to find on Google maps, within walking distance to CMC main campus back gate. Plenty of restaurants (veg/non-veg), and shops within walking distance, so it was easy to get meals at any time. Plenty of autos available too. Rooms accessible via stairs only. Water heater only available in the morning, but can be turned on anytime by the host upon request. The room was of adequate size with amenities provided as mentioned in the description. We got a 1st floor room. Drinking water was available in the 1st floor, near the reception. It was non-AC room, so it can get quite hot. There is an AC, but will be charged extra. Smooth check out process. Definitely budget-friendly.

The staircase is quite narrow, especially for elderly people with disabilities. The double bedsheet was made of polyester, so it was really hot at night. The next door guests were noisy, and the reception is quite close to the room, so it can be disturbing at night. There is an appliance shop downstairs, so they play loud music during opening hours (not a dealbreaker for us).

This location is opposite to CMC hospital and opposite to this property we can access the bus stand, that's very comfortable to travel for me.
