It was perfect, just as the title. All amenities were provided and I never felt inconvenienced during our stay. Also very clean and well-maintained, and I was very pleased with the owner's hospitality.

Árni is a wonderful host and his place is an absolute gem. If you're driving, it's just a short drive away from the hustle bustle of Reykjavik city and all its attractions. Finding the place and checking in was quite easy with Árni's instructions. The apartment is well equipped and has a nice homely feeling to it. The balcony opens up to a wonderful grass patch and playground in the middle of a friendly residential area. The apartment was well equipped and clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay to explore Reykjavik. There's a Kronan about 2 minutes drive away to stock up on groceries as well. Highly recommended!
Parking spots can be limited, but there are more spots near the other blocks. There's a short flight of stairs (only one) to carry your luggage up to the apartment.
