Grand appartement très confortable, à 2 pas de la plage et avec un service de voiturier. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour sachant qu'il y avait aussi un accès gratuit à la piscine et à la salle de sport.
Nous avons eu quelques souci de plomberie mais le propriétaire a été réactif. Nous aurions aimé qu'il y ait au moins un commerce de nourriture accessible à pieds.

We loved everything! It is definitely a great place for everything, you are not in the heart and craziness of the Miami Beach but you have the Beach walking distance. It is so easy to move around with trolly, bus or uber/lyft. The place was great, rooms are awesome, 2 bathrooms... space 10/10. The host was very nice and the views are breathtaking.
This is not the host fault or the property but the cleaning was not very good, we found hairs on the walls, some stains and some extra dirt that was very obvious sadly.. Nothing that will make you feel like you need to leave at all but maybe something for the host to know. I will go back still.

La ubicación es excelente! El departamento estaba súper bien equipado. Estaba muy limpio y la comunicación con el dueño siempre fue excelente. El edificio está en muy buenas condiciones. La pileta está muy bien y el servicio de playa también.
La cama de la habitación principal es bastante incómoda.
