La ubicación es excelente. Super cómodo. Cada habitación son bastante amplias. La cocina es muy cómoda. También la ubicación del piso es excelente para mascotas, porque tiene un descampado cerca, donde puedes llevarla a sus paseos diarios. En verdad es excelente. La anfitriona en todo momento estuvo pendiente de nosotros y muy amable.

Si es por poner algo, el parking del edificio es pequeño. Si vas con coche tipo sedan o suv, hay que maniobrar muy bien y con nervios de acero. Pero, la buena noticia es que en la calle donde está ubicado el piso, hay aparcamiento de sobra y cómodo. Por lo demás, todo un 10

La limpieza del apartamento. Además tenía sábanas y toallas blancas, y todo estaba muy limpio. Las habitaciones eran muy grandes. Las camas individuales son de 105, por lo que en cada una durmieron 2 niños y no nos hizo falta el sofá cama (que también nos dejaron preparado).

El desayuno. Muy escaso (no puede considerarse desayuno continental incluido. era más bien algo de desayuno por cortesía)

The apartment has several useful facilities, including air conditioning, a bathtub and private garage parking, which were the main reasons I chose this property. The location in Caravaca was also as expected, as I had checked it carefully before booking. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay.

The breakfast was disappointing and did not match the impression given by the listing. It consisted mainly of packaged juice, sliced bread and small portions of spread. I would personally prefer a simple but clearly presented breakfast, or even just water, rather than creating expectations of something more substantial. The kitchen and refrigerator could also have been cleaned more thoroughly. The building is quite old and very sound-sensitive. Although there are rules requiring quiet between 8 PM and 8 AM, I could hear considerable noise from neighbouring apartments. I was woken several times, and one morning I could even hear a neighbour's phone alarm vibrating on their bedside table. The elevator is also very old. I stayed in another apartment in Caravaca only a few days earlier at approximately the same price, and despite not having air conditioning or private parking, I found the overall experience considerably better. Finally, I personally prefer traditional check-in with a host rather than self-service check-in
