Apartament ma świetną lokalizację i jest komfortowy. Sypialnie, każda z łazienką, są na górnej kondygnacji, dzięki czemu, życie w naprawdę dużym salonie, nie przeszkadza odpoczywającym w sypialniach. Ogródek i taras jest też bardzo fajny, choć pora roku nie sprzyjała dla korzystania z niego.
Z pewnością przydała by się łazienka na dolnej kondygnacji, na której znajduje się kuchnia i salon. Brakuje też mebli w przestronnych sypianiach: stolika, krzeseł, więkrzej szafy. Przydała by się też szafka na buty przy drzwiach wejściowych i miejsce na narty.
