La localización del piso es excelente, súper céntrico, pero claro eso implica que es imposible encontrar aparcamiento. Tiene un "Consum" a 1 minutos y dos playas a 5 minutos. Por lo tanto es muy recomendable contratar cochera. La terraza es muy amplia y daba gusto desayunar allí.
La cama de matrimonio y el colchón eran horrorosos, una tortura. El aire acondicionado solo lo tiene en el salón, como nosotros somos muy calurosos lo pasamos regular para dormir. La cochera estaba a 5 minutos andando, no en el mismo bloque.
