La urbanización en la que está situada la casa es agradable y tranquila.

Se hubiera agradecido que la limpieza al entrar fuera mejor, así como que la casa tuviera escoba y pala para diario. Algunos cubiertos y sartenes están en mal estado. Varios desperfectos en la vivienda que a pesar de avisar no se arreglaron.
