Great location close to Belconnen, Jamison, Gold Creek, hospitals, UC, and short trip to the city. The bonus of secure, undercover parking for two cars was a very rare find. Communication from the host was excellent and the instructions on entry were well explained. Very good comfortable accommodation with necessities for a pleasant stay. The property was a very good find and will suit those who are looking for a well located home base.

The very steep stairs in this property are a concern and their potential safety issues should be mentioned in the description. This property is not for guests with any mobility issues as the 16 stairs to level one where the only bathrooms are and further 15 to level two, will test all but the fittest guests. If an outdoor area is included as an asset in a property description, it should be given a bit of a spruce up and some more functional furniture included. Inclusions were adequate but basic e.g. one bath towel per person for a four day stay.

Excellent instructions with photos on how to use the door codes and location of garage remote. Well set up kitchen, enough seating for 8 people. Close to some major cross-Canberra roads.

Not a problem for us - but the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors and the stairs are quite steep.
