Rumah bersih, kemas, dan partially furnished, sesuai kalau nak duduk sekejap-sekejap. Ada banyak bilik, sesuai untuk yang datang beramai-ramai tapi nak privacy. Host baik dan memudahkan urusan banyak. Ada sediakan dapur untuk memasak, microwave dan periuk nasi, sesuai kalau nak light cook je. Kitchen utensils pun semua ada kecuali pisau dan papan pemotong.

Buat masa ni belum ada peti ais, so tak sesuai untuk orang yang nak masak-masak yang heavy. Aircond hanya ada dekat ruang tamu, takde dekat bilik tidur so malam-malam panas sikit, tak sesuai untuk baby yang jenis ada ruam2. Low ventilation, sebab bila memasak bau satu rumah dan lambat hilang. Kolam tak dibersihkan, dan kena bersihkan sendiri untuk guna.
