Comfortable lovely apartment

Location and security, beautiful apartment, a lot can be done to bring the unit to an acceptable standard.

The lack of maintenance inside the apartment is concerning, door locks broken, kitchen cupboards door hanging, sliding door to the patio needs extreme force to open, patio furniture backrests are broken, shower tiles dirty, just a few to mention.

It was very clean and the location was perfect, easy to access and felt safe.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The owner and her helper go above and beyond to take care of their guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression on us. It’s rare to find such personal care and effort in hospitality these days, and it made our stay all the more special. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, heartfelt experience.

Nothing bad at all from their side, for us they looked perfect. They were kind of like taking care of us on our daily basis.

Neat and clean, in a good location.

The listing says check in is between 11 and 1. We choose this accommodation for the early check in time as we had a wedding to attend and needed to get ready after just landing in Jhb that morning. The helper didnt have the apartment ready and told us that she needs more time, even though we initially told them that we need to check in early. We had to go there anyway and use just one room for 5 of us to change and get ready while she continued to clean. We also had to leave the apartment with all our luggage and stuff there, while she continued to clean at 2pm. Not very happy with this, as it made us very uncomfortable and we had to rush because of the limited space. There also wasn't any hand soap in the bathrooms to atleast wash our hands. There was literally nothing for us to use, also no teas or coffee, nothing... but the least we expect is some soap to wash our hands.
