Cosy, modern apartment with a view of the park, clean, well equipped and of course a parking space in the underground garage was a great bonus. The person we were in contact with regarding the accommodation (Jasmina) was really nice, helpful and responsive regarding any questions we had.

Liked everything about the apartment however the receptionist of the building was quite unwelcoming and was openly talking about me in slovak while she was checking me in - rude and unbecoming for the environment she works in, however not the apartment owner’s fault.

This was a beautiful room on the 9th floor with a great view. The room was beautifully furnished and clean to the last detail. The kitchen was very simply furnished, but was adequate for our needs. It could have used a colander, for example. The view from the roof was breathtaking! Location was perfect with wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance and an delightful wine bar just across the courtyard. Parking in the underground parking garage was very convenient.

We are an older couple and not as limber as we used to be. For us having a bathtub was problematic. It was very difficult for my husband to get in and out of, especially with the immovable glass barrier. Another problem that we had was getting into the room the first time. If you're used to this kind of entry, no problem, but we had never seen an immovable door knob like this one. Fortunately, the neighbors in the apartment next door showed us how to use it. The door knob is designed to be pulled to get the key into the open position, then once it clicks in, push the door to go in. Once we mastered that, we had no problem.

The apartment is in newly built building on (for me) great location during my business trip to Bratislava. Right between Nivy Tower and Eurovea. The equipment is fully new, comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi. Simply – all good and nothing to improve.

The building is new and construction works in other apartments are still in progress. But only during the day, not in the evening.
