Everything.
The only luxury issue I had was that the water doesn’t really get cold. If you like to take cold showers like me, it might not be cold enough.

A very nice villa with everything you might need, easily walkable to shops and restaurants. It’s new perfectly equipped and the staff is always ready to help you.
The villa closest to the road does have a sound of bikes in the evening and there is a mosque nearby, but they are considered as a part of natural environment and didn’t bother us a lot.

Private pools were great size
You have to pay for power which adds up quickly considering it is running the pool.
There were limited items in the kitchen e.g. one butter knife.
The beds were hard and the springs were prominate
