ESTA A 100 MTS DE LA PLAYA, LA AVENIDA DONDE ESTA EL EDIFICIO ES MUY TRANSITADA, HAY GRAN CANTIDAD DE COMERCIOS, SUPER,LUGARES PARA COMER Y PANADERIAS. LAS HABITACIONES SON AMPLIAS Y EL BAÑO NO ES AMPLIO PERO COMODO, LA COCINA ES PEQUEÑA CON LO NECESARIO, EL LIVING ES PEQUEÑO AL IGUAL QUE LA MESA, PERO COMO ERAMOS 3 PERSONAS, NOS ADAPTAMOS SIN PROBLEMA, EL WIFI ANDA BIEN Y NO TUVE PROBLEMAS PARA TRABAJAR. SI VAS CON MUCHO EQUIPAJE NO TE HAGAS PROBLEMA EL EDIFICIO TIENE ASCENSOR.
SI VAS ES AUTO, ES COMPLICADO CONSEGUIR ESTACIONAMIENTO, YA QUE AL PARECER LA MAYORIA DE LOS RESIDENTES DE LA ZONA NO CUENTA CON ESTACIONAMIENTO PROPIO, PERO A UNOS 400 METROS HAY UNA PARKING PUBLICO CON PRECIOS ACCESIBLES PARA DEJAR EL AUTO.
